Betterwood is the pioneer in German e-commerce for sustainable tropical wood products. Our mission: to actively contribute to the protection of the rainforest through the sale of our products. We import directly, without intermediaries, and supply wholesalers, retailers and end customers.

Our team in Berlin consists of committed colleagues who work together on an equal footing, with trust and mutual respect. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a customer service employee (full-time) - with the option of working from home two days a week.

Your tasks

  • Answering customer inquiries about products, orders, delivery times and payment options via various channels (email, telephone, Amazon, eBay, social media).
  • Processing of complaints and queries regarding returns.
  • Support, strategic development and expansion of online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Social Selling
  • Monitoring and managing orders (incoming payments, shipping status, cancellations).
  • Providing tracking information.

Your profile

  • Experience in e-commerce: Professional experience in customer service, ideally in the environment of Amazon, eBay or other online marketplaces.
  • Technical understanding: Previous knowledge of WooCommerce is a plus, but not a must.
  • Customer focus: You are communicative, friendly and service-oriented.
  • Personal initiative: Structured and independent way of working.
  • Linguistic proficiency: Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other languages ​​are an advantage.
