Customer support (f/m/d)
We are pioneers in the online trade of tropical wood products from sustainable forestry, import directly without intermediaries and supply wholesalers and retailers as well as end customers.

TASKS
- After a successful induction phase, you will look after your customers and be responsible for the professional handling of customer concerns by telephone and e-mail.
- You will impress with your expert advice and support customers with order processing.
- Together with us you will develop sustainable and promising sales strategies.
QUALIFICATION

You have already gained some experience in customer service.

You have excellent written and spoken German skills.

You have successfully completed commercial training.

You are a talented communicator, you enjoy telephone customer contact, you are conclusion-oriented and have negotiating skills.
