Customer Service (f/m/d)

We are pioneers in the online trade of tropical wood products from sustainable forestry, import directly without intermediaries and supply wholesalers and retailers as well as end customers.

  • Telephone customer support: After a successful induction phase, you will look after our customers and provide information about our products and answer questions.
  • Customer service: You are responsible for the quick processing of e-mail inquiries and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers - from the preparation of the offer to the order confirmation.
  • You accept complaints and guarantee competent and solution-oriented processing.
  • In the case of more difficult questions, you work in a team together with your colleagues and you develop solutions together.
  • You recognize optimization potential in our processes and are happy to be involved in the implementation.
  • You will develop sustainable and promising sales strategies with our team.


  • You love to fulfill the wishes of customers in direct contact and like to work in a team.
  • Both your colleagues and your customers value you for your friendly manner.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
  • You have successfully completed commercial training.
  • You are a talented communicator, you enjoy telephone customer contact, you are conclusion-oriented and have negotiating skills.
  • You are interested in long-term employment and would like to set up and develop a company.
