Your everyday life consists of an exciting mixture of operational and conceptual HR work.
Your tasks include:
- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from job posting to contract design
- Accompanying the employee journey (onboarding, personnel development, offboarding)
- First point of contact (m/f/d) for employees and managers in all strategic and operational HR topics
- Ensuring the administrative handling of HR processes - this includes, for example, the preparatory monthly payroll accounting, the creation of employment contracts and contract changes as well as all personnel-related certificates
- Independent management of various projects for the (further) development of our HR processes
You bring that with you:
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources management or comparable training
- several years of professional experience in holistic personnel support
- Experience in dealing with CSV & Excel and good DATEV knowledge
- good knowledge of employment law
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
