Hello! We are Betterwood, a pioneer in the German online trade for tropical wood products that come exclusively from sustainable forestry. With a team of 15 employees, we are proud to contribute to protecting the rainforest through the sale of our products.

We are a small team that works at eye level, with trust and mutual respect. We will set up a sales branch in our logistics warehouse in Drolshagen. That's why we are looking for support in customer service with a position as a Sales Manager 30 to 40 hours/week to join our dynamic team. Your tasks include:

  • On-site customer support: You welcome our customers, advise them on their building project and inspire them about our tropical wood products from sustainable forestry.
  • Digital customer support: together with our sales team, you are responsible for the quick processing of email inquiries and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers - from preparing an offer to order confirmation.
  • Customer support by telephone: After a successful training phase, you will handle telephone inquiries and provide information about our products and answer customer questions.
  • Complaint management: Together with the sales team, you accept complaints and guarantee competent and solution-oriented processing.
  • With our team, you will develop sustainable and promising sales strategies for our location in Drolshagen, identify optimization potential in our processes and be happy to be involved in the implementation.

  • You have excellent spoken and written knowledge of German (native speaker level) and good knowledge of English and ideally French (C1).
