Super advice, fast delivery, top products. We are extremely satisfied.

  2. Marcus Ross (via Google) -

I can only say positive things about the company in every respect. Everything was perfect from the first contact to picking it up. I never had the impression that I was being charged in any way, everything was very fair and professional. With Mr. Jäger I would also have a very pleasant conversation partner with good tips and advice. When I picked it up in Nümbrecht, I was even able to exchange a few floorboards. I would definitely order dorr again, even if the construction of the deck is still pending, but I'm responsible for that myself.
Thank you Betterwood, Mr. Jäger and Mr. Köting in Nümbrecht.

Our laying instructions ("terrace guide") will help you with the construction of your wooden terrace. Please read them carefully before installing the floorboards. In this way you avoid mistakes when constructing the terrace or when temporarily storing the wood. Please contact us or get professional advice if you still have questions. Of course, the terrace guide cannot cover every possible special feature of terrace construction.
