Material in the shopping cart

Your plan is still open in a window in your browser. Go back there and use one of the following options to preserve the plan:

• Mail: Click on the letter symbol in the patio planner and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with your planning as a PDF attached.
• Download PDF: Click on the PDF symbol in the patio planner and download the PDF directly to your computer.
• Save plan: Click on the diskette symbol in the terrace planner and save your configuration number. This means you can access your planning in the terrace planner from different devices. The configuration number is also in the planning PDF.

1. Open shopping cart: At the top right of this window you will find your shopping cart (for us the symbol is a shopping bag). If you click on the symbol, the shopping cart will open with the material for your terrace planning. There you can check the contents and adjust the quantities again if necessary. You can also find other products from our Shop add to cart.
2. Specify address: Click “Proceed to Checkout” and enter your billing and shipping address.
3. Note delivery time: You will also find information about the expected delivery time in your shopping cart and checkout. If you already have a desired delivery date, you are welcome to write this in the order comments field.
4. Choose the payment method: You can pay in different ways – choose one and click “Submit Order”. Depending on the payment method, you will be redirected to the website of a payment service provider and may have to provide further information.
5. Get more information: After you have completed your order, you will receive further information about the delivery date and construction method for a wooden terrace from us by telephone or email.

As a rule, a wooden terrace is delivered on a pallet by a shipping company. For these larger deliveries, an appointment will be arranged with you in advance.

For small areas and wooden tiles, delivery can also be made via parcel service. In this case you will be informed of the delivery date by email.

In both cases, someone from your side should be on site to accept the goods.

If you plan multiple areas and want to combine them in one order, proceed as follows:

1. Call the Planner again and plan your further area.
2. Save the planning documents for all areas.
3. Place the material for each area in the shopping cart. The quantities are added up in the shopping cart, the quantity discount is optimized and there are no additional shipping costs.

You should compare the contents of your shopping cart with the material list from your terrace planning - for the following reasons:

• In rare cases, products may have sold out in the few minutes between planning and ordering.
• If you had already filled your shopping cart before planning your terrace, these products will still be included. Avoid double ordering.
• You can make your own adjustments in the shopping cart: change the quantities or in ours Shop order more products.

We only import wood with a particularly high quality standard. In addition, the wood is sorted again by hand before being sent to you. Our wood experts adhere to ours sorting criteria, that will read here can.
