Payment methods
The Betterwood we offer you the established, secure and fee-free payment providers that you are used to from online trading.
PayPal
If you pay with PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal from our checkout area. We do not charge any fees for orders via PayPal and you benefit from PayPal Buyer Protection. Your goods will be shipped immediately and in the case of a return, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
Klarna
If you pay with Klarna, you will be forwarded from our checkout area to an external and secure payment form. Here you can then pay with your online banking data - similar to the process of an online transfer at your house bank. Your goods will be shipped immediately and in the case of a return, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
Prepayment
If you select advance payment as the payment method in the checkout area, the goods in your order will be reserved for you for 14 days. After your order you will be shown our bank details to which you can transfer the amount of your order. You will also receive an email with the necessary information. If we do not find receipt of payment within 14 days, the reservation of the goods will be canceled and you will be informed of the cancellation by e-mail.
Credit card
Payment by credit card is possible via PayPal. Select the payment option "PayPal" in the checkout area and you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. There you can usually select credit card payment as an option. Your goods will be shipped directly and you benefit from PayPal buyer protection. Returns will be refunded to your PayPal account.
pay later
To pay for your order 30 days after the purchase date, select "PayPal" as the payment method in the checkout area and then the "Pay later" button. You will be forwarded directly to PayPal and can complete the payment there. Your goods will be shipped immediately and you benefit from PayPal buyer protection. Refunds for returns are made to your PayPal account.
installment payment
If you would like to pay for your order in installments over several months or years, select "PayPal" as the payment method in our checkout area. You will be forwarded to PayPal and can usually choose to pay in installments here. This is the only form of payment at Betterwood, which incurs fees for the buyer.
