The way to the wooden terrace

From the idea to the finished terrace: At this point we would like to give you an overview of the steps to be taken in order to implement the wooden terrace project.

Planning – familiarize yourself with the project and product

The dimensions of the area are the most important basis for successful terrace planning. We can then support you with questions about material decisions and calculations - with ours consulting tools to a laying plan with a complete offer. Find out more in our FAQ about the quality and properties of wooden decking boards.

Offer – check and order

You will receive an offer from us. You should check this carefully. If you have any change requests, we will be happy to make you further offers. If everything fits, you can order by e-mail and you will receive an order confirmation and our patio guide. In addition to the list of materials, the order confirmation contains some basic information about the delivery. Of the terrace guide introduces you to the basics of terrace construction.

Delivery – be on site at the time

Wooden terraces can vary in size. Small areas can sometimes also be delivered with the parcel service. As a rule, however, the delivery is carried out by a forwarding agent. The delivery date will be agreed with you in advance. It is important that you are on site for the delivery. Your help with unloading is often required. You should also check whether the goods are complete.

Terrace construction - inform and screw

Building a wooden deck is not rocket science. With a saw, drill and our advice, this can usually be done without any major problems. You or your craftsman should only be well informed in advance about the basic rules such as sufficient ventilation or the correct distances between the screws. In our terrace guide already find the most important information. If you are not satisfied with individual planks: do not install them and please contact us. Even after completion, we are of course still there for you if you have any questions about our wood.
